Tomoko Spa Guest Guidelines

To ensure a serene and rewarding experience for all of our valued guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following spa courtesies. Your cooperation allows us to provide the highest quality care and hospitality.

Mon - Fri 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Sat - Sun 10:00AM - 8:30PM
Days: Monday through Sunday (7 days a week)
Spa services are available for guests 16 years of age and older.

• We recommend having a light meal 2–3 hours prior to your treatment to maintain comfort during your service.
• Please notify us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment at the time of booking.

• We encourage you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment to unwind, enjoy a welcome drink, and prepare for your session.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened services. All treatments will conclude at their originally scheduled time to respect the next guest’s appointment.

• A deposit  of 50% is required to reserve all appointments.
• We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

• Prices and services listed on gift cards are subject to change without notice.
• All Tomoko Spa gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable. They do not expire and carry no service or inactivity fees. Gift certificates may be redeemed for any spa service, treatment, or curated experience. Please treat them like cash—lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

• We Have two limited on-site parking spaces, reserved exclusively for guests booking the Couple Experience Package.
• For other guests, public parking is available within walking distance at: 216 S Beverly Dr and 242 N Beverly Dr. Both locations offer free parking for the first two hours.
• Prices and services listed on gift cards are subject to change without notice.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your visit.

• We offer select treatments specially designed for guests who are 12 weeks or more into pregnancy.
• Please allow our team to assist you in selecting a treatment that is both safe and relaxing.

Tomoko Spa Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any part of our services or website content, including restricted access areas, at any time and without notice.
We appreciate your understanding that no liability shall be held for such changes.
