Spa services are available to guests 16 years of age and older.
Before Your Appointment
We recommend eating 2 to 3 hours before your treatment so that you arrive feeling comfortable and relaxed, without being too full or too hungry during your visit.
Arrival Time
We kindly recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy a welcome drink and prepare for your treatment.
Please plan to arrive on time. All treatments will conclude at their originally scheduled end time to avoid delays for the next guest. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
We respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full.
Gift Cards
Prices and treatments listed on gift certificates are subject to change at any time.
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
Health Conditions
When making your reservation, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or medical concerns that may affect your treatment.
Pregnancy
We offer specially designed treatments for expectant mothers who are at least 12 weeks into pregnancy. Our spa team will be pleased to help you select the most appropriate service.
Fresh Sushi Policy
Fresh sushi is not included in any spa package and is offered only as a separate optional order. All sushi orders must be placed directly by the customer and are the sole financial responsibility of the customer.
Sushi is provided only in its original sealed container as received from the third-party vendor. Tomoko Spa Inc. does not prepare, cook, handle, modify, repackage, or inspect the food.
Tomoko Spa Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for the quality, freshness, ingredients, labeling, allergen exposure, food safety, or any other matter related to the sushi or the third-party vendor. By choosing to order sushi, the customer acknowledges that the order is entirely separate from the spa package and accepts full responsibility for that purchase.
Modification of Services and Website Content
Tomoko Spa Inc. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any service, offering, website content, or portion of the website, whether temporarily or permanently.
By using the website or booking services, you acknowledge and agree that Tomoko Spa Inc. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, discontinuation, or removal of any service, offering, website feature, or website content.
